2.Maintaining regulatory compliance with flag state, local agencies and classification society as applicable to the Vessel.
3.Arranging and supervising all maintenance, repairs, alterations or upkeeping including the dry-docking, wet-docking, lay-up and regular refurbishment of the Vessel.
4.Appointing surveyors and technical consultants as necessary.
5.Arranging and supervising all necessary modifications or other changes to the vessel to ensure continued compliance with all applicable governing bodies.
